Victus Participations, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Perfect Plant Deal, a retailer and distributor of plants. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We both grew up among growers and managed to distinguish ourselves over the years with the concept of Perfect Plant Deal. We optimised the efficiency of our handling processes, allowing us to handle large volumes of a wide range of plants and expanded our commercial knowledge to the entire (online) value chain. Building on close relationships and collaborations with both growers and our loyal customers, we managed to increase and strengthen our market position year-on-year.
