Rotunda Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Storm Smart.

Rotunda Capital Partners, an operationally-focused private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Storm Smart, one of the largest vertically integrated direct to consumer marketers, manufacturers and installers of storm protection products in the state of Florida. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Storm Smart has been the leader in their category for the past 25 years.
