Apposite-backed Riverdale Healthcare, a dentistry platform, completed the acquisition of Devonshire House, a well-established and regarded dental group. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to have Devonshire House recognise the complementarity of our ethos and values with their own.
