Access Group completed the acquisition of Eazipay.

Access Group, a provider of software to the mid-market, completed the acquisition of Eazipay, a payment platform provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Following our acquisition of Rapidata in 2018 and EazyCollect in 2019, this acquisition provides Access with a commanding position in the UK payment processing space across multiple industries. It ensures we will be able to offer even more of our customers, current and future, the capability to process easy and secure payments in an integrated fashion through Access Workspace, complimenting their existing Access software.
