Circularity Capital, a private equity firm, completed the investment in PackBenefit, a company that designs, develops and manufactures 100% compostable coated cellulose-base food trays. additional investors include AXA IM Alts and JZ International. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is a very exciting time for PackBenefit. The company’s market-leading, commercially proven solution has allowed it to build a blue-chip client base whose demand vastly outstrips current manufacturing capacity.
