Warburg Pincus and Elvaston-backed Infoniqua to acquire the Swiss business of Sage Group for £39m.

Warburg Pincus and Elvaston-backed Infoniqua, a software and service repairs company, agreed to acquire the Swiss business of Sage Group, a technology company, for £39m. Through this acquisition of the Swiss arm, Infoniqa’s product portfolio will be expanded to include solutions for financial management and business processes as well as enterprise resource planning. This is supplemented by human resources apps specially tailored to the Swiss market.
