Blue Sage Capital to invest in Cobra Legal Solutions.

Blue Sage Capital, a private equity firm, agreed to invest in Cobra Legal Solutions, a world-class legal services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Partnering with Blue Sage will enable us to accelerate our growth.
