Unigrains, a private equity firm, and Invitalia, an Italian investment firm, completed the investment in Frigomeccanica, an all-Italian furnishing technology for bars, ice cream and pastry shops company. “This transaction represents an important milestone for both Frigomeccanica and our family transition to the next generation.
