TorQuest Partners completed the investment in Onyx-Fire.

TorQuest Partners, a private equity firm, completed the investment in Onyx-Fire, a provider of fire and sprinkler system inspections, maintenance, repair and installation services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to be taking on a strong new partner who believes in the growth potential of our business and is experienced in working with companies like ours to build longstanding value.
