Digital Intelligence Systems to acquire Signature Consultants.

Digital Intelligence Systems, an IT service management firm, agreed to acquire Signature Consultants, a staffing solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. The combined operations will draw on the resources of more than 7.5k employees and consultants, serving clients from more than 40 offices, eight countries, and four delivery centers worldwide.
