CBRE to acquire WANRack from Grain Management.

CBRE Global Investors, a real asset investment manager, agreed to acquire WANRack, a fiber operator and developer providing broadband connectivity services, from Grain Management, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "WANRack has established itself as a vital player in the US fiber space by building and owning dedicated fiber networks, which connect K-12 schools in underserved communities with private, high-speed broadband connectivity.
