Wind Point Partners completed the acquisition of Zone Mechanical.

Wind Point Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Zone Mechanical, a provider of refrigeration and HVAC mechanical services to the grocery, convenience store and warehouse industries. Financial terms were not disclosed.
