Mutares and HomeServe completed the acquisition of Carglass Maison from Belron.

Mutares, a firm that acquires companies in special situations and takes an active part in their management, and HomeServe, a home services company, completed the acquisition of Carglass Maison, a provider of home repair services, from Belron, a vehicle glass repair and replacement group. Financial terms were not disclosed. Carglass Maison benefits from the scope of its service offerings, the current favorable market dynamics, the significant commercial synergies with the HomeServe France network and the investment in new IT tools to improve customer service and order execution.
