Falcon Edge, Serum Institute, IIFL, White Oak, and Triumph completed the acquisition of Policybazaar, an online life insurance and general insurance aggregator from private equity firm True North. Financial terms were not disclosed. The move comes ahead of the PolicyBazaar IPO planned for some time this year.
