Intermountain Healthcare to acquire Classic Air Medical.

Intermountain Healthcare, the largest healthcare provider in the Intermountain West of the United States, agreed to acquire Classic Air Medical, an air medical transport company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We’re excited to join with Intermountain to continue to serve patients and communities in our service areas, and ensure they have access to high-value, coordinated care as close to home as possible," Tony Henderson, Classic CEO.
