A consortium of investors including Trajan Capital, Socadif, Financiere du Cedre, Rives Growth, and Caisse d'Epargne Ile de France, completed the acquisition of an 80% stake in La Coque de Nacre, a designer and manufacturer of jewelry, from private investors Philippe Crespo and Monique Froment. Financial terms were not disclosed. Created in 2017, Trajan Capital seeks to provide a complete capital and management takeover solution for French SMEs in the transmission phase.
