BME Group completed the acquisition of Mahler Group.

BME Group, a distributor of building materials, completed the acquisition of Mahler Group, a provider of general building materials. Financial terms were not disclosed. BME is one of Europe’s leading building material distribution companies and active in the distribution of building materials in Germany under the brands Bauking, as well as Paulsen Gruppe, Detering, Bergmann & Franz.
