Nykaa Fashion completed the acquisition of Pipa Bella.

Nykaa Fashion, the e-commerce platform of India’s largest online cosmetics retailer, completed the acquisition of Pipa Bella, a revolutionary digital fashion brand. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We have seen a rising trend of personalised minimalistic and premium fashion accessories in the Indian market. Our aim is to extend the brand’s core signature design to a much larger landscape by becoming a full range accessories label," Adwaita Nayar, Nykaa Fashion CEO.
