HAL Holdings completed the acquisition of Rotter Y Krauss from GrandVision.

HAL Holdings, an international holding company based in Curaçao, completed the acquisition of Rotter Y Krauss, a Chilean eyeglasses provider, from GrandVision, an optical retail firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction was done in accordance with the terms of the block trade agreement entered into by HAL and EssilorLuxottica on July 30, 2019.
