Nakashima Propeller to acquire Becker Marine Systems.

Nakashima Propeller, a general manufacturer of marine propellers and other propulsion equipment, agreed to acquire Becker Marine Systems, a provider of high-performance rudder and manoeuvring solutions for all types of vessel. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is perfect timing for joining forces with Nakashima as they are market leader for propellers and we are market leader in high-efficiency rudders and energy saving devices,” Dirk Lehmann, BMS Managing Director.
