Aludyne completed the acquisition of CastLight from Shiloh Industries.

Aludyne, a global lightweighting solutions and components supplier, completed the acquisition of CastLight, lightweighting company, from Shiloh Industries, a lightweighting solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We welcome the CastLight employees in North America, Europe and Asia to the Aludyne team.
