Bluegem completed the acquisition of a 70% stake in Ecooking and House of Cosmetics.

Bluegem, an independent London based private equity fund, completed the acquisition of a 70% stake in two skincare companies in Denmark, Ecooking and House of Cosmetics. Financial terms were not disclosed. The combination of effectiveness, clarity and attention to the environment, has driven a phenomenal growth in revenues for Ecooking.
