Domnin de Kerdaniel and Filippo Monteleone completed the acquisition of Essling Capital, an independent investment firm, from Chestone Investment Group, a private equity company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Together with Filippo Monteleone, we thank Frank Noël-Vandenberghe for his trust.
