Domnin de Kerdaniel and Filippo Monteleone completed the acquisition of Essling Capital, an independent investment firm, from Chestone Investment Group, a private equity company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Together with Filippo Monteleone, we thank Frank Noël-Vandenberghe for his trust. We are delighted with this acquisition, which is in line with our investment activities and complements the expertise of the Essling Capital teams, whose work and successful transactions we salute.
