JMS Capital-Everglen led a €60m Series B round in Grover, a provider of consumer tech subscriptions, with participation from Viola Fintech, Assurant, Augmentum Fintech, Circularity Capital, Seedcamp, Samsung Next and Kreos Capital. Grover will use the new capital to double down on its core purpose of giving people a flexible, sustainable and financially healthy way of accessing tech, with the aim of tripling its subscriptions to a total of 450k by the end of 2021 and driving an industry shift toward a more circular approach to consumer electronics.
