Ingka Investments, an investment arm of Ingka Group, agreed to acquire a 49% stake in 8 solar PV parks from Solar Systems, a Russian solar power plants developer, for $137m. “We are delighted to enter the renewable energy market in Russia with this investment and it represents an important step for Ingka Investments.
