Lithia Motors completed the acquisition of Suburban Collection.

Lithia Motors & Driveway, a vehicle retailer, completed the acquisition of Suburban Collection, a car retailer. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition includes all 56 Suburban Collection franchises, making today's announcement one of the largest number of franchises ever sold in a strategic transaction.
