Searchlight Capital Partners, a global private investment firm, agreed to acquire Technical Airborne Components, a designer and manufacturer of rods and struts for the aerospace industry, from TransDigm Group, a publicly traded aerospace manufacturing company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
