CAIS, Hafal and WCADA to merge with Adferiad Recovery.

CAIS, a provider of substance misuse services, employment, mental health, and veterans’ services, Hafal, a mental health service provider, and WCADA, a provider of substance misuse services, agreed to merge with Adferiad Recovery, a provider of services for people with co-occurring mental health and substance misuse conditions and related issues. Fiancnil terms were not disclosed. "The merged organisation will bring together the broad range of skills, knowledge and experience of dedicated teams who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of the people and communities we serve: by combining our expertise we will be able to support clients with complex needs to plan and achieve recovery," Alun Thomas, Hafal CEO.
