CAIS, a provider of substance misuse services, employment, mental health, and veterans’ services, Hafal, a mental health service provider, and WCADA, a provider of substance misuse services, agreed to merge with Adferiad Recovery, a provider of services for people with co-occurring mental health and substance misuse conditions and related issues. Fiancnil terms were not disclosed.
