Integrated Power Services completed the acquisition of Delta Electric Motors & Eastside Electric Motors.

Integrated Power Services, a repair and maintenance services provider for electric motors, engines, and rotating equipment, completed the acquisition of Delta Electric Motors & Eastside Electric Motors, an electric motor repair shop. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re excited about becoming part of the IPS family. PS gives us more resources and capabilities to share with our customers, and I think they’re going to like how much more we can offer them," Michael DiPietro, Delta Electric Co-Owner.
