Koch Equity Development, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Transaction Network Services, a provider of secure connectivity and interoperability solutions via a global managed network enabling its customers to exchange data and information and transact worldwide, from Siris Capital Group, an investment group. Financial terms were not disclosed. "As a result of this acquisition, we will be able to accelerate our mission of enabling our customers to focus on growing their businesses without worrying about the ever-increasing complexities associated with securely transmitting mission-critical, time sensitive transactional data.
