PROVEN Investments completed the acquisition of Heritage Education Funds International from Knowledge First.

PROVEN Investments, an investment company, completed the acquisition of Heritage Education Funds International, a provider of a registered education savings plan, from Knowledge First, a registered education savings plan company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We at PROVEN see this acquisition as complementary to our current financial services offerings, and an opportunity to widen our presence in the wealth management space throughout the Caribbean.
