Herschend, a US-based attractions and tourism operator, agreed to acquire Vancouver Aquarium from Ocean Wise Conservation Association, a non-profit organization. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is a very positive outcome that secures both the future of the Vancouver Aquarium and the Marine Mammal Rescue Centre.
