Intellinsight, a holding company, completed the acquisition of Polytec Asset, an investment holding company, for $545m. Intellinsight previously said the deal will allow Polytec to cut costs linked to its listing, which does not "provide any meaningful benefit" to the company as it has not been able to conduct fundraising activities in recent years.
