Wärme Hamburg completed the merger with HAMBURG ENERGIE.

Wärme Hamburg, a city owned company which provides heat for 500k household equivalents, completed the merger with HAMBURG ENERGIE, a municipal energy supplier. Financial terms were not disclosed.
