A&G's management team to acquire a 40.5% stake in A&G from EFG International.

Spanish banking group Asesores y Gestores Financieros's management team, agreed to acquire a 40.5% stake in Asesores y Gestores Financieros, from EFG International, a private banking group based in Zurich. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The management buy-out ensures continuity for A&G’s clients and will enable us to focus fully on our core international private banking and asset management business, driving further profitable growth in our core markets," Giorgio Pradelli, EFG International CEO.
