Radius, a provider of fleet payment processing services and telematics to the fleet and logistics market, completed the acquisition of CanTrack, a provider of integrated theft recovery services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Peter and his team have built a really great business over the last 17 years and have a strong customer base that includes some prestigious accounts.
