HomeCo Daily Needs, an Australian real estate investment trust, agreed to acquire Town Centre Victoria Point, a shopping centre, for $160m. Town Centre Victoria Point represents a large-scale asset with low site coverage of 27% and significant development upside through pad site development and expansion of existing tenancies. The acquisition is consistent with HDN’s strategy to acquire stabilised, predominately metro-located and convenience based assets targeting consistent and growing distributions
