Astorg and Cobepa completed the acquisition of Corsearch from Audax.

Astorg Partners, a global private equity firm, and Cobepa, a Brussels-based independent investment company, completed the acquisition of Corsearch, a provider of innovative brand risk and performance solutions to law firms and enterprise customers, from Audax Private Equity. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Corsearch’s obsession is to create strong value for its enterprise customers. Its integrated IP platform is in a unique position to support legal, brand and marketing departments globally.
