SHINE Medical Technologies completed the acquisition of Phoenix.

SHINE Medical Technologies, a nuclear technology company, completed the acquisition of Phoenix, a company specializing in neutron generator technology located in Monona, Wisconsin. Financial terms were not disclosed. “SHINE and Phoenix have shared a common long-term vision and operated in close collaboration during the past 11 years, but it’s always been inefficient to operate as separate companies,” Greg Piefer, SHINE CEO.
