Arthur Ventures, a investor in early stage B2B software companies located outside Silicon Valley, led a $17m Series B round in PureSpectrum, a provider of complete end-to-end market research and insights platform. “This growth equity will allow us to do more faster, it is a tremendous opportunity to accelerate the growth of the business.
