Aquiline and Stone Point-backed Consilio completed the acquisition of Xact Data Discovery from JLL Partners.

Aquiline and Stone Point-backed Consilio, a provider of eDiscovery, document review, risk management, and legal consulting services, completed the acquisition of Xact Data Discovery, an international provider of eDiscovery, data management, and managed review services, from private equity firm JLL Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very pleased to close the merger with Xact Data Discovery and to see this major milestone in our evolution come to fruition.
