ES Broadcast, which provides end-to-end solutions to the professional broadcast industry, completed the acquisition of Memnon, a provider of services to digitise, restore, preserve and enable access to historical recordings, and boasts clients, from Sony, a Japanese multinational conglomerate corporation.
