SMS completed the acquisition of a 40.8% stake in Paul Wurth from Luxembourg.

SMS, an international plant engineering company for the metals industry, completed the acquisition of a 40.8% stake in Paul Wurth, a producer of equipment for the steel industry, from Luxembourg. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Green Steel means an enormous transformation for our customers.
