Madison Dearborn Partners completed the acquisition ARCH Precision Components from The Jordan Company-backed ARCH Global Precision.

Madison Dearborn Partners, a private equity investment firm based in Chicago, completed the acquisition ARCH Precision Components, a contract manufacturer with advanced precision-machining capabilities, from The Jordan Company-backed ARCH Global Precision, a manufacturer of precision-machined components, medical instruments and implants and consumable cutting tools. Financial terms were not disclosed. "ARCH PC has numerous growth opportunities ahead, and we look forward to supporting the team by bringing to bear our industrial investment expertise.
