Hydromega Services to acquire the Ayers‐1 and Ayers‐2 hydroelectric generating stations of Ayers.

Hydromega Services, an independent power producer, agreed to acquire the Ayers‐1 and Ayers‐2 hydroelectric generating stations of Ayers. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to have concluded this acquisition in Quebec where we have been established for almost 35 years. In addition, these facilities are located less than an hour from our head office in Montreal and are therefore easily accessible to our operations team.
