Oerlikon completed the acquisition of INglass.

Oerlikon, a provider of surface engineering, polymer processing and additive manufacturing, completed the acquisition of INglass, a plastic fabrication company in San Polo di Piave, Italy. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of INglass accelerates our strategy to expand into markets with strong growth potential. It will broaden our OEM customer base in other industries and put our polymer processing business on an entirely new growth trajectory," Roland Fischer, Oerlikon Group CEO.
