Nordic Capital completed the acquisition of a majority stake in United Veterinary Care from Atlantic Street Capital.

Nordic Capital, a global healthcare investor, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in United Veterinary Care, a veterinarian-led group of primary, specialty and emergency care veterinary practices, from private equity firm Atlantic Street Capital.
