Altitude Infrastructure, a provider of telecommunication networks, to acquire Covage assets of Altice Group, a cable, telecommunications, and media company, for €1.1bn. To obtain the green light from Brussels, Altice had therefore proposed to sell fifteen of Covage’s forty-three fiber optic networks dedicated to companies, as well as ten mixed networks, used by professionals, but mainly by the general public, in different territories. – from the Saclay plateau to the agglomeration of Nancy, passing through the rural areas of Haute-Savoie.
