Vitec to acquire Nordman & Co.

Synopsis

Vitec Software Group, a Nordic software company, agreed to acquire Nordman & Co, a producer of sales support systems for FMCG. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We acquire companies to develop and retain them in the Group, which is why we always are careful with our acquisition criteria. Today we would like to warmly welcome 12 new employees," Lars Stenlund, Vitec Software Group CEO.
