Equistone-backed WHP Telecoms completed the acquisition of ICS Group.

Equistone-backed WHP Telecoms, a provider of telecoms infrastructure support, completed the acquisition of Intelligent Communications Solutions Group, a telecom rigging installations and design company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “ICS is a unique company renowned for its design and build capability, something that WHP has been committed to investing in in recent years.
